Welcome to our collection of podcasts and videos created by or starring complex relational trauma (CRT) survivors who developed Complex PTSD as a result of their abuse/neglect. We hope hearing the voices of or seeing survivors will bring their lived experiences to life. It takes courage for survivors to speak up because most have been taught to stay silent for fear of more abuse or stigmatization so thank you to all those who have chosen to contribute.
